Shipping Policy


1. Please confirm your shipping address before paying for it; Please leave your Phone number and a valid and most frequent used email address for us to contact you if there is anything wrong with your order.


2. Orders may take 24 to 48 hours to process. Once your order has been shipped, an email with tracking number will be sent to your email box.


3. For some special styles of clothing, if customized, it will take at least 10 working days to produce them after we receive your successful order. Therefore, it will take you a total of several weeks to obtain shoes. Please note that it may take longer if you live in a more remote rural area. Customs can block international orders, but unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control and we do not offer any help or compensation on these issues. I hope you understand.
